1.) CAN I BUY LESS OF EACH PACKAGE DEAL AND "MIX & MATCH" TO GET MORE VARIETY?
ANSWER: No, the prices we offer require you to buy the assortments in the pre packed quantities and styles stated for each assortment. Most items are available in a full or half pack for your convinience. Don't worry when you buy this low it is inevitable that you will sell it fast, most items we carry have an average of 15 X'S retail mark up.
2.) SHIPPING COSTS, HOW MUCH ARE THEY AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
ANSWER: We charge a flat rate for shipping, no matter how much you buy it's 1 low price. Please click on the tab at the top of your screen where it says "Payment & Shipping" for shipping costs and time in transit. Prices start at $12 for U.S. orders, Canadian orders are $20 and International Orders are $50. You will also be shown your shipping choices and prices in the checkout process, so don't worry about that.
3.) CATALOGS, CAN YOU SEND ME ONE?
ANSWER: We do not offer print catalogs because we add new items every day, with a print catalog it takes around 2 months to create, print and mail out, by that time the body jewelry design would be old and outdated. 6.)OUT OF STOCK ITEMS, I SAW IT THERE YESTERDAY BUT IT'S GONE TODAY?
ANSWER: When an item is sold out, we hide it on our website so that you cannot see it, once the item is back in stock we will immediately put it back up on the website so you can see it and order it. Please check our website once a week to see if the item is back into stock, it usually takes around 2-3 weeks for an item to come back to stock.
7.)BUSINESS LICENSES, DO I NEED ONE TO BUY FROM YOU OR IS THERE TAX ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
ANSWER: No you do not need to have a business license to buy from us. If you are in the state of California you will need to email us your "CALIFORNIA SELLER'S PERMIT number" before you place your order, all other orders shipped outside of California are Tax-Free (no tax at all), if you are not in the U.S.A. and we are exporting to you, you may have to pay import taxes in your country, please ask your local UPS for your Government's import tax percentage charges for "immitation jewelry" they will let you know if there is any charges .
8.)PHONE ORDERS, CAN I ORDER BY TELEPHONE, INSTEAD OF THOUGH THE WEBSITE?
ANSWER: Yes you can, but for 1st time orders we do highly suggest and prefer you do it online to have all your address information documented so that there is no chance of us writing anything down incorrectly.If you see that you are absolutely unable to order through the website, please email us or fax us the item numbers you want to order, your name, address,telephone and email address and how you want it shipped and your payment method i.e. credit card number. But if you order online you can save money becuase we offer Instant Cash Rebates that deduct from your total automatically online.
9.)MY SHOPPING CART KEEPS EMPTYING OUT-SAYS THERE IS NOTHING IN MY CART BUT I HAVE ADDED MANY ITEMS TO MY CART WHAT IS GOING ON?
